Cairo – Mubasher: Record date for Gulf Canadian Real Estate Investment is 24 April 2016, said the Egyptian Exchange.
Earlier, the company’s shareholders approved bonus share distribution as well as dividend payout for 2015 at EGP0.24 per share, totaling EGP1.2 million starting from 28 April 2016.
The company reported a decline in net profits by 35.2% year-on-year to EGP1.42 million from EGP2.19 million.
